"Just wanted to send a big "Thank you" I don't know if I told you this, but the last oral board I took was 2-3 years ago, I did so bad I didn't even make the 70% passing score!!! If you ever need a reference, here it is-
I always was a hard working, dedicated FF, I just was having trouble selling myself. I am one of those guys who is more the reserved type. I knew I needed help getting through the oral board. I typed out all the oral board questions I could think of, and my answers. I practiced with a tape recorder. And most importantly, no matter how painful for me personnally, I did mock orals with whomever would listen, and videotaped it.

I went from failing scores, to being #1 going into the chief's oral board, and I got the conditional offer of employment from my chief (in my home town) last week!!!! How awesome is that?!?
